While every project we create is tailored to your unique needs, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the detailed workflow we follow when producing animated explainer videos. From concept to delivery, this process ensures your story is told clearly, creatively, and effectively. For other types of videos—like live action or social media content—our workflows adapt to fit your vision and goals.
We get to know your business. Who are you? How does your business work, and what are your needs?
Our writing team drafts out the voice over script. We continue to work on it, using your feedback, until the script works for you.
We describe and sketch out what we’ll see throughout the video to help you visualize our ideas.
We send you our selection and you choose the voice and song that best fits your needs.
We propose the illustration style. Colors, types of shapes and strokes, character design - that’s all part of it. Once again, we continue to work on it until you’re happy.
Using the storyboard and the visual style you approved, we illustrate the frames that will make up the animation. Don’t like something? We’ll keep tweaking until you love it.
Our animation team brings each illustration to life. The music, voice over and animation work together to make your story flow in the best way possible.
Once the animation is approved, we add sound effects to the video to give it that extra punch.
We export the video and you hit the ground running with your new animated video!
