Here at Pixories we’re very interested in the role of AI in video content creation.
Artificial intelligence’s impact on creative industries has already been really significant. But can AI really replace human-generated creativity? What about when it comes to animated explainer videos?
AI’s biggest advantage is its ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately. It can help us identify patterns, project future trends, and synthesize a whole lot of information in a digestible and quick way.
Its ability to create randomized creations is also great for creative inspiration. AI’s infinite pairing and randomization capabilities makes its creations a great jumping off point for more tailored creativity. So if you’re feeling stuck or dealing with any kind of artistic block, asking AI for a few creative proposals is sure to get your creative juices flowing again.
At Pixories, we think of AI like a highly efficient assistant. It’s a tool that suggests ideas, does the heavy lifting, and provides the information that will make our video content creation process more effective.
But the direction we give the content, that keen eye that detects how right the tone is, what approach is really best suited for the problem at hand, whether something feels true or right, that eye belongs to humans.
Only humans can take a look at AI generated video content and say, “yes, this feels right”, or “no, this isn’t hitting the mark”. We need that human filter that can direct that which AI can’t detect – how funny something is, whether or not the content is right for the audience and for your marketing goals, how two creative ideas can connect in a way that is meaningful.
So bottom line, AI is an essential tool that will help us create videos more efficiently, whether it’s assisting with the research, scriptwriting, idea generation, etc. But at the end of the day, if you want to use video content that has meaning and resonates with people, you can’t rely solely on AI, you have to rely on the human eye.
We’re humans with years of experience creating videos (check out our work at www https://pixories.com/#ourwork). If you need help creating an animated or explainer video, hit us up. You can schedule a meeting with us at: www.calendly.com/pixories
