What if we could see the same story from different perspectives? That was our inspiration when creating this campaign for the hospital Muguerza. The experience of a little girl coming into urgent care would feel very differently to the mother, the nurse and the doctor living it. The added benefit of this strategy is that we would get different tones that would appeal to different audiences. Through the mother's eyes we'd appeal on an emotional level; through the nurse's story we'd be able to convey the warmth that the nursing team provides to their patients; and through the doctor's point of view we conveyed the professionalism and expertise that Muguerza's capable team offers.
