Toyota wanted a spot for their new Monterrey agency that would resonate with the locals. What we came up with was a short comedy about different things a person would need in order to fit in in Monterrey. Such things include learning the local slang language, eating local food like carne asada, being used to the constantly changing weather temperatures, and of course, getting a Toyota truck. We got the local humor and identity down so well that the spot went viral in Monterrey.
